2010 - 2011 BHS BUC BOOSTER CLUB INFORMATION

06/14/10 Meeting Informaztion - Membership registrations will also be taken before the meeting starts on Monday, June 14th.  The Buc Booster Club meeting is Monday, June 14th at 6:00 pm.   The meeting is in the Forum Room and is accessible best by parking in the lot at the rear entrance of the PAC.  

Some of the agenda items to be discussed during this meeting are:
Golf tournament
Pig Roast/Bag Games
Fall Sports activities
Registration for Booster club 2010-11
Register now during the Early Bird registration until June 14th (our next Booster Club meeting).     Anyone who enrolls now will have the opportunity to get your $25 membership FREE.    We will draw one name at the next meeting, and the lucky winner will receive $25 back.  New Lifetime members will be eligible to receive $25 back if their name is drawn.

What We Do

2010-2011 Officers

-Provide scholarships for senior athletes.
-Support athletic participation at the high school and middle school.
-Expand and continue interest in all District 100 athletic activities.
-Encourage good sportsmanship.
-Create bond between coaches, administrators, players, and parents.
-Purchase needed equipment and uniforms.

Set up, organize workers, and sell potatos at different school functions.

Golf Play Day

Plan, organize, and run golf outing for parents, teachers, and administrators.

50/50 Raffle

Sell raffle tickets at home football and basketball games.

Clinics

Various sports clinics for elementary and middle school student athletes.

Athletic Scholarships

Belvidere Bucs Booster Club awards scholarships of up to $1,000 to graduating senior athletes whose parents/guardians are involved in the Bucs Booster Club. Information will be available to seniors during the BHS application process in late February.
