This week's BooneCountySports.com's Athlete of the Week is the BHS Competitive Cheerleading Team.

The Belvidere Cheer Team won the NIC-10 Cheer Championship on Saturday at Belvidere High School.  This is their 3rd trophy in five years.

The BHS Competitive Cheerleading Team is a credit to themselves the Belvidere High School sports program and Boone County sports. Congratulations on being selected this week's BooneCountySports.com's Athlete of the Week!

Award Designs is a major sponsor for the Athlete of the Week. The athlete receives a plaque donated by Award Designs at no charge to the athlete. The award can be picked up by appointment.
