Varsity Volleyball

This week's Belvidere High School Athlete of the Week is Bethany Prather. Bethany is a member of the Varsity Volleyball team.

Bethany, a Junior, had an outstanding performance during the Lady Bucs victory over the Boylan Titans.

Bethany hammered 14 kills to lead the Bucs to two wins with scores 25-9, 25-20 respectively. Bethany is a 6-0 middle blocker, and the only sophomore to earn first-team all-conference honors in 2005. The Lady Bucs volleyball team looks very string this year. Support the Lady Bucs you will not be disappointed.

Bethany is a credit to Herself and the Belvidere High School sports program. Congratulations on being selected this week's Belvidere High School Athlete of the Week!
