This was our second game of the season, for some reason we were not mentally prepared. The team was flat, both on the sidelines and on the field. We needed a spark that never came. Burlington, managed to score early in the first qtr, then it was a defensive a battle the rest of the game until late in the 4th qtr when Burlington found the end zone again.

QB Reed Greiter found TE Ryan Hecker for a 14 yd reception then once again Reed to SE Darien Gee for a 18 yd reception. FB Aaron Gloria had a couple of nice gains, although our running game struggled, hopefully we can make the corrections necessary by the next game and be able to turn things around. Defensively, the boys once again held their own, strong leadership and plays by MLB Justin Sbeih, nice defensive plays by Zak Knutson, Lyle Martin, Nate Yarrington.
