Today we played Kirkland Hiwatha in Kirkland.  Although it was cold out our girls never gave up.  We ended up losing 6-0 but we did see some really good things that we can build on.  Trying to see where everyone fits best is a tough job and we are beginning to see what works best.  The girls worked very hard and even had a few shots on goal, whcih is definately a positive.  I think the girls had fun and definately did a good job.  We definately have stuff to work on but I think it was overall a good game, especially since only 4 of the 20 girls have ever played soccer before.  We also have a large amount of freshman and only 2 seniors.  This is definately a building year but the girls are working hard and thats all we can ask.
