THAT HELPLESS FEELING…..
    
     The feeling is like this, you are home alone and you jump in the shower. While you are in there you think you hear something. Is it someone at the door ? Is there someone in the house? One of the first thoughts that goes through your mind is a visual flashback of the shower scene from the movie “Psycho”. The feeling of the unknown and what lurks out there ready to attack. The second feeling is of vulnerability, as you hope that you don’t get “exposed” for everyone to see. One must think that these are the feelings that Peyton Manning, Tony Dungy, and the whole Indianapolis Colts must be feeling as they prepare to face their Achilles Heel the New England Patriots.
     Each year for the past four years without a doubt Manning has been the consensus best statistical quarterback in the NFL while on the other side of the field Bill Billicheck of the Pats has befuddled Manning with defensive schemes, while Tom Brady has executed the offense to a overall record of 7-1 all-time against Manning and the Colts. Manning has left these match-ups shaking his head in disbelief wondering aloud “How did they do it?” You know that feeling when you are walking alone at night in a seedy part of town, expecting almost anything, not knowing what or when it will happen. Welcome to Patriots week……
