Golfing for God - March 28, 2008- Rockford, IL - If you’re looking for a good reason to play hooky and golf this summer, here is your opportunity to support a ministry that promotes the big man Himself.  Total Living Network TV51, Rockford’s only local, 501(c)3 non-profit, faith and family television station needs to raise $65,000 to transition to a digital format in 2009 or people will no longer be able to see local Christian television station.  On Friday, June 27th, golfers of all kind will have a chance to “Golf for God” and help keep Christian television in Rockford, IL.  The event will take place at Atwood Golf Course, at Atwood Homestead Forest Preserve in Rockford, on Friday, June 27, 2008 beginning at 8:30 AM with a shotgun start.
